Reviewing Legal Agreement

Paralegal Tasks:

- Assisting attorneys with preparing cases and trials

- Conducting legal research and investigating facts

- Maintaining continue & effective communication with clients

- Drafting legal documents such as cover letters, motions, legal memorandum, subpoenas, appeals, table of content, and special requests.

- Interviewing and drafting affidavits from clients and witnesses

- Supporting attorneys to prepare witnesses and clients for court and/or final interview with the courts and government agencies
